All Americans fend off Saddleback Cowboys (CA)’s late push, hold on 5-3

Saddleback Cowboys wasn’t able to overcome the big hole it dug itself into against All Americans, and Saddleback Cowboys lost 5-3 to All Americans after falling behind by five runs in the sixth inning.

Saddleback Cowboys scored three runs in the seventh on an error, a sacrifice fly by PlayerG, and an RBI single by PlayerE. Despite its efforts, Saddleback Cowboys couldn’t get over the hump.

Richard Ortiz put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for All Americans. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Brady Parks brought the heat against Saddleback Cowboys during his outing. Parks held Saddleback Cowboys hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out four.

All Americans was sparked by Ortiz and Timothy Pyne, who teamed up for three hits and four RBIs.

PlayerA couldn’t get it done on the hill for Saddleback Cowboys , taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.

All Americans closer Jordan Art put away the final nine outs to record the save.

All Americans never surrendered the lead after the third inning, scoring one run on an RBI single by Gerald Buchanan.
