Fifth-inning rally sparks blowout win for Team Maryland, 9-1

Team Maryland beat Arizona Wildfire 9-1 in five innings on Friday at Goodyear Ballpark-Reds and Indians Spring Training, REDS4 after a six-run explosion in the fifth inning.

Jack Barry got a hit in each of his one at bats. He doubled in the second inning.

David Stauffer shut down Arizona Wildfire while he was on the hill. Arizona Wildfire managed just one hit off of the Team Maryland’s pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out five during his four innings of work.

Team Maryland was sparked by River Laskey and Jack, who teamed up for four hits and two RBIs.
